Hello, I’m Carissa! Thank you so much for purchasing from Hearten Made. Please know that I’m here for you and happy to help answer any questions you have pertaining to any Hearten Made theme setup & installation to match the demo site.

If you’re having an issue with installation, getting your site to look like the demo, don’t know where to find a setting, I’m here to help! I normally respond to tickets within 12-24 hours.

If you’re seeing this error, you need to unzip the file you downloaded with UNZIP in the name first (e.g. UNZIP-honeydew.zip). Inside this folder, you will find your theme file that you need to upload. Please visit this support article to watch the video on how to install your theme and import the demo content.

Some 3rd party apps like Google Analytics, ads, Pinterest, your email marketing service, etc. will ask you to add a code to the head or footer of your site. I have a written a guide on that here.

Not covered under support

3rd party plugins & apps that were not recommended for the theme are not covered under my provided support. Please refer to that plugin or app’s support team or support documentation instead– they will be able to assist you much better than I can!

Plugins that I recommend for each theme are also not completely supported by me because I do not create the plugins. I will however try my best to help, so please don’t be afraid to ask!! Just know that my support may be somewhat limited depending on the issue, and I might refer you to that particular plugins support team instead!

Before submitting a ticket…

  • Check out the Support Docs first, to see if your question has already been answered. Use the search bar on the Support Docs site to search for terms or phrases of what you’re looking for.
  • Clear your cache if you’re not seeing changes appear on your site after saving edits and customizations.
  • Update WordPress, Plugins, and Kadence Theme if you haven’t already. An older version of something could be causing something to not function properly!
  • Rule out plugin conflicts if something on your live site looks completely broken and many things are not working properly.
