Provide the specific 6-digit HEX codes for your brands color palette. If you want to keep the demo colors, that's totally fine! Just let me know here.

If you have custom fonts you'd like to use, please email the font files to hello@heartenmade.com
If you have an established site with menus already made, I can replace the demo menus with your current ones.
If you have a brand new site without any menus, choose the second option and demo menus will be provided!

What is the email address where you want your contact form submissions to go to on the Contact page?

If you'd like me to set up your newsletter/subscribe or other opt-in areas, make sure your form codes are ready to go and email them to hello@heartenmade.com. If you're having trouble with this, just let me know in the Other Notes section at the bottom of the form!

With your permission, I'll browse through your plugins and provide a list of plugins that you don't need, are not compatible, or are outdated + cause a security risks. I can also recommend any important plugins that you should have installed, like an SEO or optimization plugin. I will not delete any plugins without discussing with you first!

  • Upload of your existing logo
  • Set up of your social media icons
  • Plugin audit
  • If you're currently on a Genesis theme, I'll transfer any header/footer codes you have and delete any incompatible Genesis plugins

The Terms


This installation service does not include any revisions or customizations once installed. Your site will be set up to look like the demo site of the theme you have purchased, but with your own colors, fonts, logo, social icons, opt-in forms, and menus.


This service is NOT for a complete custom design or any further customization requests beyond what is specified above. You are responsible for setting up and customizing anything else on the site and theme (see here for tutorials and guides).


If you would like your install to be done on a staging site (one that you have already created), please provide the link & login credentials for that site instead, and not your live site. Contact your host to set this up if you don't know how.


You agree that all information is provided above for Hearten Made to complete your installation.


Due to the time this service takes, there are no refunds on this service for any reason once this form is submitted. If you wish to cancel this service, please get in touch with Hearten Made at hello@heartenmade.com for a refund and do not submit this form.
