Common Questions

If you’re seeing this error, you need to unzip the file you downloaded with UNZIP in the name first (e.g. UNZIP-parker.zip). Please visit this support article to watch the video on how to install your theme and import the demo content.

If your demo content failed to import, your site imported but doesn’t look like the theme demo, or you’re experiencing other installation errors, check out this troubleshooting guide.

The hosting company for your site (BigScoots, Siteground, etc)
Please provide the URL that relates to the question or issue you describe.
You can also click on the name of the theme you purchased on the Support Docs Homepage to find videos and guides that are specific to your theme.
Please make sure your plugins, the Kadence theme, and WordPress is all up to date by following along to this guide.
You must follow the steps to rule out plugin conflicts, including any cache, optimization, and security plugins. Ruling out a plugin conflict should be your first step when troubleshooting any issues on your website.
Please clear your browser and plugin cache. Clearing the cache helps when you're not seeing your design changes right away, if you're having issues with the Customizer functionality, and can help with block collection/design library issues.
Please tell me about what you need help with in detail – what pages you're having issues with (links are very helpful), steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot the issue, what outcome you'd like, etc.
To help you as quickly and as accurately as possible, it helps to take a behind-the-scenes look at your site. You can create
a temporary Admin login just for support. Everything you share stays secure and confidential, and you can delete the account once we’re finished.
